What's Wrong?!?!?! (picture included)

Why is the music being played all scrunched up together? How can I go back to when I first had it where it was all evenly spaced? Is it some option I accidentally pressed that made the whole timeline thing be larger in time so it condensed the music so I could see farther off? Any help would be appreciated.

on the bottom right of the pic there's two slider bars to control the horizontal and vertical view. Slide the horizontal bar right and watch it grow.

There are also keyboard shortcuts to zoom in and out vertically and horizontally which should all be in the manual...

If they are the same as SX on PC, then zooming horizontally should be "G" and "H" where G zooms out and H zooms in.
