Bug with Roland XP-50

I have a roland XP50, there is a lot of bugs in that synth or is the OS that is completely dead?
1. I can't setup the tempo under 60 (I used to be able to!)

2. When I copy a song from a disk to another one, It copies all the files, destroying all data on the new disk!!! (I lost a whole show doing thaT :O( )

I tried to reset by restoring factory presets... didn't work

If someone can help me I would appreciate it.
