My music page: http://www.buckcash.com/mUSIC.html

And, in particular, this song in MP3 format called "I Found You": www.buckcash.com/Audio/I%20found%20you.mp3

Ok... Ready for the critics... (I hope )

Buckster,

I don't listen much to rock songs but your song is excellent! I like the lyrics and melody. I like your voice. Reminds me of John Mellencamp.

There is some equipment noise in the beginning. And some mic feedback on vocals in the beginning or did I hear it wrong?

In any case, it's great.

Hey, thanks for the response!! Glad you liked it!

Yeah, I need to do a little more work on it to get rid of the equipment noise at the beginning, and I'm thinking of a better finish for the song. I guess it's still a little in development.

Thanks again for giving it a listen and for your feedback!!

From one Buck to another.. nice job.
I agree with the Mellencamp comment, too... There are similarities, but your voice is still unique and fits perfectly for the song.
Post more tunes when you get a chance, we'd like to hear more stuff

What guitars did you use on this song?

I really like this song . . . reminds me of lynard Skynard though. If I had to change anything, I would pan the guitars a bit . . . space them out in the mix away from center.
Great tune !

Buckster! Great song. I think I agree with PAPicker -- Definitely shades of Skynard, but there's nothing wrong with that (got all their tapes from way back). Skynard, but not the singing style, to me, just the sound of the music. I could be wrong on this, but it sounded like the vocals got a little bit distorted on some of your louder singing (?) What is your setup for recording your vocals?

Great job, keep it up!
