changed pitch when loading a project!?
well.. actually i only noticed that on my home pc until now (and hope i wont have that prob with my recording pc sometimes..), but i'd like to know what causes this, if any of u have ideas..
i load a song im working on, and like 30% of the time i do this, the entire song is sounding exactly half a note down (guitar, vocals, everything..) WTF?! ![]() its always a half note up.. and i find it pretty weird and have no idea what the hell this is.. once i restart cubase (sometimes have to restart windows..), the song is in the right key again (it better be!) any suggestions? ![]() could it have to do with my soundcard (just some onboard SiS-thing) - it shouldnt be my speakers, when i play music on them it appears like it should LOL ![]() |

Easy. There's a difference in the sampling rate. Like recorded at 48 khz and played back at 44.1.
