db-Audioware?

I'm getting curious about the db-Audioware mastering bundle. I've downloaded the demo and have been a/bing with Izotope Ozone, which I already own.
The db-audioware pulgins seem much simpler and intuitive. They also seem to sound similar to their Ozone counterparts (at least to my challenged ears and system.) Ozone has more choices of effects, but I already have good reverbs and eq from other companies. I don't really care about the stereo imager and harmonic exciter. The main considerations are the multiband compressor and mastering limiter.
Now, you may ask, why would anyone want to purchase another cheap home-mastering software toy when they already own one? Well, for one thing, Ozone eats up many more CPU cycles. Secondly, the db-Audioware products are EASY to use.
Anyone have any thoughts on this? Anyone a/b'd these products and found major differences in sonic quality?
