Cool Songs recorded on MR-8

I've been home all summer with a crappy internet connection, but I'm back now. Did I miss any good tunes over the summer?

Anyway, I've got 4 songs up on my webpage at http://php.indiana.edu/~jkbyerly/

Please let me know what you all think of the songs.

Jeff Byerly

The song with the girl singing is a bit too loud at the chorus in parts but overall, I really like all the songs. I like this kind of music -- not too emo, not too heavy, but catchy.

Very well done.

PS: Consider a pop filter. "Added You" (which I love) has a few pops in it.

By pop filter, what do you mean? Is it the sound you get when you exhale or blow into a mic accidentally? If so, there is a "filter" which can get rid of this?

Thumbs up

Jeff;

Listened to Brewing, nicely tracked and mixed except as others have said, the Vox is a bit loud in places.

Keep up the good work!

What can I say, Love the song!!! Phukking Great!!!

Have to agree with the vox being a bit too loud in places though...

I would hold onto that vocalist. She has potential.

Thanks everybody. I really appreciate you taking the time to listen.

And yeah, I could use a pop filter, but I could never afford one --- until today! A friend of mine told me a really cheap way to make one. Just buy a nylon sock and stretch it out over a clothes hanger. How's that for a good cheap trick?
