What file format type do I need for importing into Sonar?

I have a guy that wants me to finish a project for him, and he will be moving the tracks from ADAT, into his computer (cubase I think) and then burning a CD so that I can load them into Sonar.

What type of files do I want these to be? Will 16/24 bit .wav files load right into Sonar or do I need a different format?

Sonar will accept either.

Ditto. It'll take 16 or 24 bit and if coming from ADAT, 44.1 or 48k.
