Project Copy

Lets say I'm working on a project in SONAR. If I save the project as a different name, will I now have two projects referencing the same wav files? I have wavs in per project folders, so will all the files from the original be copied into a new folder? Can I make changes to the tracks without compromising the waves referenced by the original project? Does this make sense?

I believe it is optional. When you do "save as" there should be a checkbox asking if you also want to copy the audio to the new folder.
