import pro tools
with sonar 1.3 can I import PROTOOLS project? I know I can with soanr 2.0xl

You can't import a Pro Tools project in either versions 1.3 or 2 - unless it has been exported/saved in OMF format.
Sonar 2.2 will open files in the OMF format. I'm not sure about earlier versions. Open Sonar and go to File -> Open. Click the dropdown arrow next to "files of type." If OMF is one of the choices, then the answer is yes.

The OMF-support came with the Sonar 2.1 update.
