monitoring during recording in home studio
When recording in CW Home Studio I can't seem to monitor while recording. I only can only listen on playback. Even in punch mode, I can hear up to the punch point then audio drops while recording and the source audio comes back at the end punch point.
I'm sure it's a simple toggle of something but I just can't find it. Someone please help Macho Grassy ass Vactastic |

I have SONAR. I am just assuming Home Studio has it:
Options> Audio> Input monitoring. I think you need WDM drivers, not sure. |

What soundcard are you using? It has to be a full duplex card.

i've got my in/outs on a lexicon breakout box, the pc soundcard is just a standard soundcard - Aureal vortex or something like that

You don't have any software for the soundcard, enabling full duplex or something?
To enable Input Monitoring, just select the audio-driver you're using in the menu (and RTFM )
