What's your opinion on the Digitech Vx400?

I'm thinking about buying one. I need something for vocals and to run my acoustic guitar through. Also I like the recording feature.

Is this a good product? I do small solo gigs using a small Peavey 50w acoustic amp and would like to control all the fx's etc. from a floor pedal instead of a rack.
