What are you going to do with a vocoder?

If your budget is low, you can purchase a Behringer DSP1000 which has the vocoder patch. Though the unit's other patches and efx are somewhat crappy, the vocoder effect provides .5 incremental adjustments in voice patterns offering a decent degree of variation and a Hi/Lo eq-filtering to adjust the effects dynamics.
Can be had for 'bout $50 bucks. |

If your budget is really low you can try the freeware Vocoder at www.analogx.com
http://www.analogx.com/contents/down...io/vocoder.htm I think it only works as a stand-alone processor (not as a plug-in), and the interface is not at all user-friendly, but it works and it's free... |

It's getting kind of boring, isn't it...
Meanwhile the Mets would probably all commit har-kari if they didn't have the SD Pods to laugh at... |
