Anyone familiar with neutrik tts?

I aquired a few plugs I needed but I can't sem to figure how to attach them to a cable....I know, I know.

They look like there is a trick to them but I anm not sure what it is....are they solder plugs or what? I guess I could solder them regardless.

I don't know if this blurry pic helps but I couldn't find a diagram online.

That type of plugs is FAIK always solder plugs, so yeah, probably. But I can't tell from the picture.
