Smile i was pretty scared....

I have a Carillon system that's been totally stable until yesterday. I went to hit the power and I get this super loud pop. The first thing that comes into my mind is how long and how expensive it's going to be to get fixed, am I going to have to box this shit up and send it God knows where at some crazy shipping charge.

Well, it happened last night and they've already sent out a new power supply today. I contacted both the US and Canadian office before lunch and both had called back in the early afternoon letting me know the part is on the way.

I was a little sceptical because of the cost when i got the thing but now i'm stoked, it was well worth the money to deal with service like that. don't know if that was one in a million but i'm happy anyways.
