Digimax compared to Mackie VLZs pres

Just was wondering if anyone has heard the diffferance between the Digimax and the Mackie VLZ pres. I've been using the Mackie pres for a while and have really been looking at the Digimax (96k one) pretty hard. The lightpipe would be convenient along with the analog outs. What differances have you noticed?
