first off you need to know ppl.. i know a few a&r's that work for universal that are trying to get me a P&D deal.
you need to have a nice little package put together a lot of material showing different styles and your production skills. knowing ppl is a main thing seeing that the a&r's i know charge from $250-350 an hour ATL ha, holla at cha boy |

You need to have something that will sell and is selling. Nobody is going to take your record and let it clog up their warehouse and shelves because it might sell.
