Audio Technica Pro 7A for Acoustic Guitar

Has any one had any experience w/ this mic? It is being sold as an instrument and voice mic.

I would like to use it for live acoustic guitar and I hate the sound of most pick-ups. I have a Martin D-15 w/ an active Pick up od some kind in it that is ok. But I want something more natural.
