Monitor outs?

This sort of guys with my other thread from today but not really. My Audiopro board has 2 Monitor outs, 2 sub outs and one main out. The 2 subs seem to be the main outs, but I haven't the slightest clue what the monitor outs are for except maybe speakers? The outs you can choose between XLR and quarter inchs. The (monitor outs) also have small channel strips for each and has it's own EQ and says "buss level" (I sort of know what busses are). There are 2 effect input things next to it, so it might tie in with that, but I'm at a loss. It's an Audiopro 16-S board.

1. No, Your MAIN OUTS are your main outs.

2. Yes, you are correct, they are for your speakers (monitors).

Thanks I'll read through that site. Originally I had tried the main outs but nothing happened. And the sub out faders seem to be close together as if they are are main....ah I don't know. What exactly are the sub out faders for?
