Where can I get templates?

I'm going through the tutorial at computermusic website and the first step is to open a new project, and I see a whole big list of templates to choose from. Is Sonar suppose to have different options, because all i have is Normal.


Feeling kinda weak with no templates, man.

Like a typical windows file type option box, from File, Open,where it says 'Normal' you should be able to click there and see 'Templates', 'Bun', whatever's available. Same when you do 'Save As' you have the same options.
