Building a Studio out of an old garage.

I just bought a house, and the detatched garage is in pretty bad shap, so I got permission to fix it up and turn it into a studio! Gonna take the garage door off etc. Now, the dimensions are 12' by 22.5' or so. Think that is big enough to have the control room and everything? How would you all lay it out. This would be my first studio that I actually will be building. I am excited!

ok, after looking a few designs, it looks like it would be good to have a corner control room. I don't know, just looking feedback on a room that size.
