Recruiting for a Street Team

I am working with a heavy duty band and launching its Street Team. I have a nicely detailed list of crew responsibilities and a few people on the team already, but we're in need of more.

Can someone offer ideas on how we might recruit candidates for these positions? Obviously people interested in the music industry and promotions would be an excellent resource.

We have been working with the local colleges, we advertise on our band site and at gigs, but need a more inventive approach. Any ideas would be a great help.

have you been collecting e-mail addresses at gigs? also, note who uses the bands site/message boards the most and offer positions to them
