Finally bought the MR-8...now a question or two

Hey everyone, I finally got the money together and picked up an MR-8 yesterday. I'm screwing around with it on the most basic level, using the internal mic because my new mics are still on there way to me.

Here's my first question: is it possible to bounce a track to anywhere other than 5/6 or 7/8?

Well no. But you can bounce to 5 and 6 without any crazy panning (center) and then "move" track 5 to track 1,2,3 or 4 and erase track 6. Does that help?

Hmm...yeah, I think that helps. Thanks for the response.

I've been looking at the manual, though, and I can't figure out how to go about "moving" track 5/6 to, say, track 3.

Thanks again for helping out.

I am not in front of my machine right now but I believe it's Menu->Track->Move Track. Check out page 65 of your manual for moving track data.

Thanks a ton, dude....unfortunately I had to walk away from the machine and get started on my work that actually pays the bills. I'm going to give it another shot tonight, though.

Mike you can move tracks just like turntablist said. However, bouncing is different.
