Midiverb4 controller no's

I just got a midiverb 4 which works fine, I was just wondering if anyone knows the controller no's for it? I have a manual but they arent listed.

any advice would be greatly apreciated.

Controller numbers is probably the wrong word, but what I wanna know is how to perform program changes or adjust the programs during the playback of a song.
I should really know this cos we did it @ college but that was yonks ago.
I use logic for all my midi.
