platinum penta compressor/limiter/preamp....

Any takes on this piece? See one going for $399. Is it worth it? How good is the sound quality of the pre?

I like my Penta. The compressor presets are handy, and the pre is quiet and very smooth. For it's price range, it is a nice unit.
