Easy headphones

Can someone suggest a pair of headphones that posseses the following?

1. comfortable

2. inexpesive (sub $50)

3. Durable (It would be nice to be able to fix them if they broke i.e. available replacement parts)

4. compact (folding would be nice)

The purpose of these would be mainly listening to spoken voice. I'm looking for something to use with radio equipment. I already have a decent pair of Sony's and a cheap pair of Aiwa's. I like the comfort of full-sized units, but the audio isolation gets bothersom after a while. I guess I need a pair of around-the-ear phones that are not designed for isolation. Any suggestions?
