DMP3 on a rack shelf?

I haven't been able to find any physical dimensions for the M-Audio DMP3 preamp (not even on their website....weird).

I'll be buying a DMP3 shortly, and what I want to know is this: Is the DMP3 short enough (vertically) to fit on a 1U rack shelf, or do I need to get a 2U shelf instead?

Thanks!

Deafen

You'll need 2 HE. The DMP-3 is just 1/4" too high for 1HE. Sucks, doesn't it?

But what are the actual physical dimensions of the unit? the website says it weighs just 1 lb. is that right?

I've been thinking of buying one of these to record solo classical guitar, but since I travel internationally a lot, I can't take anything real big with me. the more portable the better.

Found this on the web:

Notes: product dimensions = 8.5 x 6 x 2 (inches)

If you'll be travelling with this unit, make sure you have the appropriate power supply.

It is very light. I haven't weighed mine, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's only 1 lb.
