midi connection

Hi
I wondered how to connect these in the best way:
DSP24 (2xout 1xin) soundcard
lexicon 550 (1xout/thru, 1xin) reverb
roland keyboard (out/in/thru)
akai mfc-42 (out/in/thru) filterbank
and how can I get the programchanges to work from cubase to the lexicon?

What will be used for what, what will you need to control simultaneously, how often you will need particular connection, etc...
