headphone ohm rating

My headphones have an impedance rating of 250 ohms.The headphone output on my digital recorder is 32 ohms.Will this cause any problems?

Not really. You'll lose about 9 dB of level due to the mismatch, but if you can still crank em loud enough to blast without a lot of distortion, don't worry about it.
