I need help

I have three Crown 800 in my church, but its not have in/ out to split the signal, so my only choice is get a line splitter.
In montreal I couldn't find the Splitter 6 from Whirlwind that's perfect to me and I decided build one by myself.
somebody has a block diagram to split 1 to 3?
