Thumbs up putting in a good word for dunlop

with all the bad business going on nowadays.. its really great to see a company responding right away and going above and behind the call of duty.

I have a Dunlop cry baby 535q and the plastic battery door broke and I sent an email to dunlop and received one back the next day that read:

Dear Jeff,
Thank you for your e-mail. Please note that we will be happy to send you a
replacement battery door. Please forward your US mailing address. If you
have further questions, please feel free to contact us at 800-722-3434.
Thank you again for your e-mail.

Kindest Regards,
Customer Service

Dunlop Manufacturing Inc.

my highest recommendation to them!

Nice to see, J, and nice to share. I'm keeping track of such companies for my future use.

Thanks,
J.

Thumbs up

Big thumbs up for dunlop capos - the little ones with the little piece of nylon strap and the lever that fits in the slots. I have had about 6 of them (keep losing them somewhere or other - they're probably having a convention) BUT they are far and away the best capos ever. The only improvement I can think of would be to make the strap day-glo green or yellow so they are easier to spot when you put them down. Alternatively they could make them out of something that glows in the dark...!
