Presonus Blue Tube - $85

I have one of these bad boys for sale here. It's a good little preamp. I have used it on everything from vocals to drum overheads with good results. It's also a great Bass DI. Here's a link to product information:

These things retail for $149, and I'm selling mine for $85 + $10 shipping (to locations in the US and Canada). If you need a couple extra channels of preamplification for cheap, this is a great solution.
