Does anyone know know of programs that slow down midis without changing the pitch?
There are songs from video games I wanna figure out but I need to be able to change the tempo to hear some parts.
Also, is there a program that can do this with mp3s? (Preferably a FREE program)

And since MIDI is only signals, you can change the tempo to whatever you want without changing the pitch.
