Proactive 5.1 and Logitech Z-680

Just a observation here but are new Alesis Proactive 5.1 and the Logitech Z-680 systems the exact same thing just packaged under different brand names?

Looking at the pictures for each system - I cannot tell the difference...only that the Alesis package is about 350 dollars more than the Logitech series.

Anyone else notice this?

I noticed that too and the Logitech Z-680 is cheaper!
they look the same to me!
same specs too!
