connect two vm200 mixers
Hi,
I'm using a vm200/vr800 combination for 8-track recording. Now I have the opportunity to get another same setup . My question now is, if it is possible to connect the setups in a way that one would be the master and the other the slave, so I can use it as a 16-track? thanks in advance

yup. the vm200 manual goes into quite a bit of detail on setting up the mixers daisy chained. I've never tried it, but i'm looking at getting another vm200 soon. Let us know how it works out.

You would hook this up via MIDI,
MIDI OUT of first mixer into MIDI IN of second and MIDI OUT of second mixer back to MIDI IN of first mixer then set up MMC from what I remember from my old days with that board it's possible
