what do you think about the fostex B-16?

I have a chance to get one + the remote control and sync box for $450. Good deal? I hear the E and G series is better. Assuming it's in great condition, I'm hoping to get a decent sound out of it. Yes or no?

Here is a mp3 of a mix i did acouple of weeks ago that was recorded on a E16, I would think that the b 16 sounds the same.

I probably should have not put this mix up to listen to cause it
was a 10 minute mix with no EQ all it has is a little reverb added
to the vocals and drums. I need to get back to mixing it but
