what effect to use on vocals to get them like that

Stereo Chorus or you could re-sing them and pan them right and left . What are they saying here?

Im afraid its not that easy...

Just open up a chorus, and find a preset that sounds similar. Then mess with each parameter and find out what it does to the sound. Then tweak as necessary
