Good pair of mics for acoustic recording?

I play a Guild JF55 Jumbo and am looking to a get a good pair of mics for recording it. I'm looking to only spend a few hundred dollars so obviously I'm not going for super high-end stuff, but something to just get the job done, and done fairly well. What types of mics should I be looking into and what brands/models should I be looking at? Should I buy them together as a set? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I have a pair of Shure KSM137's and like them almost as much as my pair of KM84 Neumanns.

Marshall mxl603 will do just that, and for about $150 total. Can't say enough good things about these mics.
