Delta 66 with VST 24?

Hi all, I have just finally got my Delta 66 installed and I thought everything was fine.
I have just tried to open VST 24 and it just froze.

I deleted and reinstalled thinking that the new sound card might have upset VST.......after a completely new VST 24 install it still just hangs.

The programme loads up to a point then just freezes.

Perhaps I should get another Software that will go better with my Delta 66.

Does the 66 work at all? Windows sounds or games? As far as I know, there aren't any problems with Delta and VST/24. Make sure you are using the newest drivers from Delta. Don't assume the the drivers that it shipped with are the newest, go to the website and download them. Also, see if there are any updates for VST/24. Do the same for your operating system and BIOS. There's obviously a problem, but I don't think it's the recording software. Also, when you reinstalled, did you reboot after the uninstall and after the install. Even with the newest operating systems, this is necessary to finish the process completely.
