Layout-drawings-software????

Hi there...

What would be some good software, to make these beautiful floorplans that I keep seing here???
I've tried something called "Floorplan 3D" and I don't like it... What is a simple-to-use program, and yet powerful enough to make precise and useable drawings???
Any suggestions are highly appreciated...

I prefer to use AutoCad, just because I'm familiar with it.
Some people here have used softcad, I think is the name of it.
Its a free D/L. I don't have the link for it anymore, maybe do a search for it.
