go setup the midi sync right in sx and set the mpc to external midi.. whe you press play or record the mpc should start right up

thanks c9-2001,
I already tried it, i tried everything, but the mpc or sx is not right in thime, we spend 2 hours trying sync them but no way... we tried all the synchronization setups, maybe is the soundcard, maybe is the mpc, i dont know.
Is the first time i need to sync a midi device with SX (and the the last)
the band will come back saturday with the mpc so i cant check the setup now :/
any ideas will be greatly appreciated anyway

its not soundcard or the mpc.. something isn't set right somewhere.. i have a partner that has his mpc2000xl sync'd with sx and he uses a cport just like you...

timecode sorce:Midi Timecode
Machine control:Midi machine control
on the midi slots on the right.. make sure everything is selected right along with send midi timecode and send midi clock.. if i doesn't work its the mpc.. it has to be set
