Who has heard this instrument. What is your thoughts about it. I have briefly tried it. I played it for about fifteen minutes and could not get anything but one sound. the salseman was of no use for reasons that are inexplicable however, the shop was busy so I will give him the benefit of the doubt.

The one sound I did hear was very nice. The controls on the instrument, besides being different that any synth controls I had ever seen before and thus representing another learning curve, were quite flimsy. They seemed a bit delicate for that matter especially the joy stick-like controllers.

I wonder if the instrument is worth five thousnd dollars. In the meantime, I have had my eye on a new Moog Voyager. If the hartman is great it might be a worthwhile investment, however, if not, the money may best serve me by using it to purchase the moog..
