Question Insurance claim...need advice

My church just had some smoke damage done to the youth part of the church.

This means that the mixer (tascam 12 channel - with 8 busses, parametric eq) the monitors, the monitor and main amps and the mains all had smoke damage.

So this is what we need:

-A medium sized mixer (12 tracks - nice but not SUPER fancy)

-Three vocal mics (durable - we had akg1000's but want something else)

-monitor amps (2 monitors - regular size, not super large)

-one mains amp (medium sized)

-foh speakers

More information:

approxemetly 120 people
room size is 40' x 100' (just guessing)

This is where you come in:

Ideas/sugguestions.......

Mixer- Soundcraft M12- 699.99, I believe
Mics- Shure SM--58, around 99 usually, but they're usually on sale in the gear for sale forum on this board, on certainly on Ebay..

I'm not a live sound kinda guy, so I;ll let the others chime in

I am not sure about the other stuff, but we use Shure 58A cordless in our Church and it is really great. No problems so far, still running good with the same quality for years. We recently bought another 58A (regular) and it is really awesome. You can't beat a Shure 58 series in live vocal performance. Go for it.

My picks exactly. Add some 15" JBL Powered EONS for mains, 10" Eons for monitors and a powered sub if you need it and you have a nice clean system that can be used for outdoor gigs if needed.
