Questions:
Do you have a floor plan somewhere?
Where did you get your door seals?
Do you have any details of your helmholtz resonator?
What are the dimensions of your drum room?

Yes, I'll post the floor plan sometime soon.

I got the door seals at "The Building Box" here in Canada.

The resonator will be something ridiculous like 8 feet tall, 18 feet wide, and about 7 inches deep. We'll be varying the slat sizes & separation sizes to make it somewhat broadband, not to mention give the room some diffusion

The dimesions for the room are: 12 feet wide at one end, 10 feet wide at the other, 18 feet across, and 10 feet high!
