audio priority set to "high"?

I've been having some problems with cpu spikes, and on one of these threads someone was talking about setting the audio priority to high. Where would I find this setting?

In xp while cubase is running hit ctrl + alt + del and find cubasesx.exe in the processes menu. Right click it and youll find set priority. This can however be added to the cubase shortcut so it will do it upon starting cubase.
