Is there anyway to be able to hear yourself record a part. And to be able to play along to other tracks while being able to hear yourself. without using Input Monitoring?

That depends on your system. You should be able to activate your Input for playback in the Windows Mixer (most soundcards anyway)...

What soundcard do you have?

You can also use a small external mixer to do this. I use a small Behringer mixer for this purpose.

Both moskus and shuggy are right. Just remember, those ways you can't monitor using the inserted plugins (FX) in SONAR. To do so, you will have to use the input monitoring.
