T-RACKS 24 for mastering wavefiles?

Hi, I've been using a program called T-RACKS for mastering
my wavefiles, are there any other programs out there,
that do better?

Oh yes. Waves C-4 compressor. Timeworks Mastering compressor and EQ. Either will do a MUCH better job than T Racks in my not so humble opinion.

I very much like the Timeworks Mastering Compressor, CompressorX and the TImeworks EQ is very nice. The mastering compressor acts a little funny in Wavelab though.
THe EQ is cool because you can adjust your EQ right over the top of a Spectrum analyzer, and this has proved quite useful for me so far. I kept sweeping an area to find a bassy spot that was making my track distort in places and I couldnt seem to pinpoint it. I was about to get real pissed when I flipped over to the spectrum side, and you can move the nodes around right on top of it. The spot with too much energy popped out like a sore thumb. I pulled a node over it, dragging it down til it was under control. Fast. Very nice. And, you can hear exactly what its doing, too, it seems very powerful.
YMMV.
