Broken Jog Wheel

Recently I ordered an E-MU MopHatt/TUrbo Phatt version sound module. Unfortunately when I receive it from my dad's package. The jog wheel seems to be not connected with the hardware. I tried to plug it in, but it was difficult. Do you guys have any idea how to put this jog wheel back? Thanks...
