Real Drum Loops

I'm looking for REAL drum loops. Not MIDI, not electrical-sounding, etc. Are there real drum loop CD's available? If so, which are the good ones to purchase? I know you can't beat a real in-studio drummer, but I can't manage that right now. Thanks for any help...

Great! I'm glad to know they're out there. I like the looks of "Naked Drums". Is it easily incorporated into CakeWalk Home Studio 2002?

your best bet is to get fruity loops. i got the real thing, i dunno how much i payed for it, but its got one setup called "realistic" it sounds as close to a real drumset u can get... the bad things are, the snare sounds arent THAT great, but you can always fuck around with the 4000 knobs in the program and come up with your own sound. and also, they dont have a sample for a ride cymbal... i had to find one myself and input it into the drumset. but its a great prog

Fruity Loops came with Home Studio 2002. I've messed with it a little. Probably not enough to see what it's all capable of though. I'll have to try and find that "realistic" feature you mentioned. I'm sure it's worthy of some use.

Naked Drums looks and sounds way better to me though overall. I'll definitely be getting it as soon as possible. Any users have recommendations on which volume to get? They all sound so good.

Cool

Fruity Loops with the included samples sucks ass...with some good samples you can get by....but its hard as hell to learn to program drums with FL to sound realistic...there are a few here at the BBS that can (IM not one)....

so the best bet is loop CD's done by real drummers......

I agree.

Has anyone found a Naked Drums volume for under $100? Just curious if there's a site selling them for cheap. I've been keeping my eye on eBay, too. If all else fails, I won't mind shelling out the $100. The loops sound killer!
