Has anyone here seen this new hybrid OS called Lindows? I'm curious about it with regard to how it would interface with recording software that I'm using (n-Track). It'll run the P4/2.4GHz chips; it's supposed to be ultra-stable with no crashing. Not sure about this one, but I'd like to know if there's anyone out there who's tried it, or knows anything about it. Let me know something,
Groove. ![]() ![]() ![]()

You officially just blew my mind. Is this a corporate thing? Or a project from someone's basement? Will it be on the shelves at future shop or can you download it for free? got any links?

Lindows ia a Linux with a pretty UI. Please note that it is not an "hybrid" of any sort.

Yes, Lindows is just a Linux distribution as regebro said. I'm not saying good or bad, it's just not a cross between Linux and Windows.
There have been lots of easy to use distributions in the recent past, but they're all still Linux and you have to know what the means! Slackmaster 2000
