Cubasis VST 4.0 manual differs from sw

Hello,
I've got a question about Cubasis VST 4.0 wich I recently purchased.

I have found two things (till now) in the manual, wich I can not find in the actual software. According to the manual there should be a possibillity to change a delay parameter in the audio track inspector, wich is not there (at least I can see it anywhere).
And in the small pop-up menu in the bank selection there should be a manage funktion. I can't find that either.
Am I doing something wrong or is it really not there?
And if it's not there, why does it say it should be there in the manual?
I hope someone can answer my question.
